Hello! As I write this today, the sun is finally shining in Inverurie! After the cool wet spell in July and the start of August, I am sure that you (like us!) were getting a bit fed up with the weather and trying to keep your kids busy and happy over the holidays? I really hope that Raring2go! has helped with some inspiration and ideas (if you need some more during weekends and half term click www.raring2go.co.uk – we have SO much there to help!). After getting a horrible shock when I saw an aisle full of Christmas decorations in a local supermarket today, starting to think about fireworks, Halloween and autumn leaves has been slightly less tricky this year! You can keep up with Halloween, Bonfire Night and other Autumn events as we find them in the area via our FB,Twitter or Insta feeds or sign up for our monthly newsletter with a roundup of what’s coming up in the month ahead! Amazingly this is issue 66 of your local Go To Guide and marks 16 years (since June 2007!) of me owning and running Raring2go! and bringing you the best of what’s on in the local area for families – what a milestone! But sadly, this will be my very last issue and editor’s letter as I have decided it is the end of this chapter for me and I will not be renewing my franchise agreement with Raring2go!
