As Vivarail directly employed the maintenance staff, it was no longer safe to operate the trains. London Northwestern Railway are exploring a range of options to resume services as soon as possible. A full rail replacement bus service (all stations and limited stop) is operating in the meantime. Please make your views known via www.londonnorthwesternrailway.co.uk/contact-us/ customer-relations.
