Enjoy character appearances. 9th - 10th November Christmas tree selection - Wilderness Wood, Hadlow Down, 10 am - 4 pm Are you up for the challenge of selecting your own perfect Christmas tree and then returning later to cut it down? If so, come along to choose, eat some pizza and make decorations. 9th - 10th November Brighton Anime and Gaming Con - The Old Ship Hotel, Brighton, 11.30 am Indulge your love of gaming and anime through cosplay, playing retro and modern games, watching favourite anime and tabletop gaming. 12th November Board Game Cafe - Penfold Hall, Steyning, 3.15 - 5.15 pm Join the Neighbourhood Wardens to play a selection of board games. You can even bring your own favourite games. Free session. 16th November Skip’s Family Workshop: The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe. Theatre Royal, Brighton, 10.30 am An opportunity for children, aged 5 - 10 years, and their families to take part in a creative workshop themed around this children’s classic. From 16th November Christmas at the Royal Pavilion - Royal Pavilion & Garden, Brighton Explore the wonders of a Regency Christmas, helping to celebrate King George IV’s Pavilion Christmas Party. Take in the lavishly decorated trees and learn about the Grand Christmas Ball. 17th November Sundae Club, Komedia, Brighton, 11am Watch a theatre show, take part in a craft workshop and finish off the afternoon by dancing to the house band! See how many you can find. 23rd November Time 4 Children Winter Fayre, Adastra Hall, Hassocks, 1 pm - 5 pm Come along to prepare for Christmas with stalls, Santa’s workshop, children’s crafts and a cafe. All proceeds go towards Time 4 Children. 23rd - 24th November Winter Fair - South of England Showground, Ardingly, 9 am - 4/5 pm Shop until you drop from the wide range of stalls supplying gifts, food and drink from local and independent sellers.
