WHAT’S ON for Grown Ups Sunday 30th April Run Frimley We are delighted to welcome the return of the hugely popular Run Frimley on Sunday 30th April 2023. The event has always attracted a strong community following with over 1,000 runners taking part year on year. The event is comprised of a 10k and 5k road race (featuring chip timing for all participants) and our new 1 mile ‘colourful’ family fun run. With an amazing atmosphere and various race distances, this is the perfect event for runners of all ages and abilities! Friday 5th May Sound and Resonance Retreat Day Sound and resonance retreat day for relaxation and wellbeing. Friday 5th May. 10am to 4:30pm. The retreat day will take place in the beautiful, tranquil and inspiring setting of The Fintry Trust in Brook, Godalming. The session will explore the multi-sensory aspects to sound and listening and how we can use this for our own health and wellbeing.
