They can research flags and draw them, then string them on a garland to decorate the house! 3 Throw a paper plate in the style of throwing a discus. A bit like throwing a frisbee, they can try and get their paper plate as far as they can. 4 Blow up a balloon and give each player a kitchen spatula or something similar! Hit the balloon back and forth and see how long you keep the balloon in the air! 5 Water pistol archery: ask the children to draw and colour in a target, then get them to stand behind a line. Each child has 3 chances to hit the target! 6 Host a closing ceremony to celebrate the taking part and award everyone a gold medal – perhaps you could make these out of tinfoil and some wool! Or even better…. make some biscuit medals! The Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games is just around the corner and will be the biggest event ever organised in France!
