Come and visit the Highstreet as Horley is turned into a Winter Wonderland full of Christmas Stalls, fantastic food, Live Music, Mulled Wine, Gifts and lots, lots more!! Plus don’t forget to visit Santa’s Grotto to tell him what you want for the big day! The Christmas Lights will be turned on at 4pm. 19th December Christmas Crafts at Gatton Park Get the sparkle out for lots of Christmas craft creativity and get the young ones helping with the Christmas preparations at Gatton Park Christmas Craft event. Choose from the morning or afternoon session and enjoy making festive crafts together. 1st – 31st December Festive Family Nature Trail at Priory Farm This year, Fern, Timber & Pebble have discovered the top-secret training routines that the reindeers follow to prepare for their festive flight. Are you ready to uncover their secrets? Wrap up warm and get ready to meet our crafted Christmas reindeers. You will learn about their preparations through the captivating pages of our Secrets Books hidden throughout Discovery Land. 13th December Little Crafters at Leonardslee Your budding artists shall be inspired to learn new skills as well as completing at least 4 different crafts plus a bag to decorate and take their crafts home in. We have a selection of trays out with different crafts to do alongside your child. Aimed at pre-schoolers and KS1 schoolers up to age 5, this is a brilliant opportunity to get messy! 25th November - 1st January The magical world of Narnia this Christmas at Leeds Castle. This Christmas join us for our enchanting festive experience, bringing the beloved story of “The Lion, The Witch And The Wardrobe” to life. The whole family will embark on a magical journey through the wardrobe as they take in the wonder of Christmas in Narnia. Every Sunday in February Snowdrop Day at Gatton Park Park and gardens are open to view a spectacular display of snowdrops. Heralds of spring and a sure sign that warmer weather is on the way. Gatton Hall is open for cake and refreshments, plus a small plant sale. 10th – 18th February Eco week at Hever Castle This February half term, we want to educate and inspire future generations to be more sustainable and encourage our community to take part in this Eco Week event to demonstrate their support for our planet. During Eco Week, you will be able to take part in a fun activity. You can also discover more about what Hever Castle does so well to be so environmentally friendly and sustainable. 5
