14 raring2go After a turbulent time for families, children and businesses alike, the Government enabled Kidabulous to re-open its doors on 17 May, 2021. We couldn’t be happier to see our soft play centre being enjoyed, safely, once again! KIDABULOUS IS THRILLED TO MAKE PLAYTIME FABULOUS AGAIN! Our staff and visitors quickly adapted to the ‘new normal’, complying to Government guidelines, wearing their masks where necessary, sanitizing, and respecting social distancing. The new guidelines mean Kidabulous is able to host pre-booked general admission slots, parties, and continue to run our Play & Eat Deal in off-peak times during the week. So, kids and toddlers can join us for any and all occasions! As restrictions ease, the size and guidelines for parties will relax and we look for- ward to hosting some great celebrations for our customers this year. See our website for details. For our early years visitors, it was terrific to welcome back the instructors of Mini Movers Music classes *, and Creation Station **, who have been successfully running socially distanced, Covid-secure sessions ever since we re-opened. In place of face- painting, we’ll be offering arm painting by AboutFaces , every Saturday from 10am - 1pm. As we head towards the Summer, we hope to see even more smiling faces at Kidabulous, and for the Government to meet its roadmap, and further ease restrictions. We would like to thank all of our customers for following the rules. When Kidabulous closed following the Government imposed l ockdown in March last year, we were heartbroken. But, we’ve been on quite the journey since then… Three UK-wide lockdowns later, and we are over t he moon to be able to safely welcome back so many smiling faces. We’ve made a lot of changes to Kidabulous to ensure that our customers and staff are able to stay and play safely. We’ve seen the introduction of a track and trace system and the use of an Anti-Viral Fogging Disinfection System, there’s new plastic screens at each cafe counter, and we set-up our very first online booking system, which enables customers to book 90-minute time-slots. In other exciting news, we’re pleased to announce we’ve received a 5* food hygiene rating from The Food Standards Agency. And, we were lucky enough to partner with crisp brand, Walkers, for a recent ad campaign - which was filmed in a carefully disguised Kidabulous! You can watch the advert on YouTube.
