Aldershot’s favourites Robert Hopkins and Donovan Christian-Cary are back for another knock out pantomime this Christmas and lead a reunited and strong artistic team. Aladdin will mark Robert’s 30th consecutive pantomime at the venue as producer and director. Roberts’ productions consistently achieve critical acclaim, including being listed as one of the best UK pantomimes by The Stage in 2016/17. 2023 will also mark Donovan Christian Cary’s twentieth consecutive show. Donovan’s accomplishments include winning Encores ‘Best Dame’ award, being named “one of the best dames in the business” by the Stage newspaper in 2011 and being nominated for Best Dame at the 2017 British Pantomime Awards.
