We, Lauren, a Virtual Assistant, and Jo, an Instagram Coach, founded Women’s Work Social to escape the monotony of working from home and re-establish in-person connections after the pandemic. It started with a small group of like-minded women balancing family life with a passion for business, and quickly grew into a genuine community offering real support. Fast forward two and a half years, and we’ve gathered hundreds of fabulous business women from Surrey, Sussex, and Hampshire. From garden designers and photographers to nutritionists and accountants, we’ve attracted a diverse group of women who share a common goal: to support one another without judgment.
