Longacre School, located in Shamley Green near Guildford, is excited to introduce its year-round Nursery provision starting from September 2024. Longacre School Nursery operates 50 weeks a year, ensuring continuous learning and care for children from 2 years old until they transition to Reception. The school ethos, “A happy heart goes all the way,” is prevalent throughout the Nursery and children benefit from a nurturing environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and exploration. Longacre emphasises learning through play, allowing children to develop essential skills while enjoying their early years. Specialist Longacre School Nursery teachers in PE, Forest School, Music and French contribute to the provision. The Nursery is set within the school’s nine-acre woodland grounds, providing a dedicated play area and garden.
