Raring2go! WHAT’S ON 14 The Rural Life Living Museum is looking forward to a jam-packed season of events this year with some new additions to the calendar. Our education team are running a new series of historical talks for adults alongside various activities for children including the Arts Award for home educated children and the ever-popular Activity Thursdays throughout the school holidays. Our larger events kick off in March with a Tractor Rally on the 19th, suitable for all children and the young at heart! The museum will also be hosting its Working Object, Building Custodian and Country Crafts Weekends run with the help of our hard-working volunteers, so come along if you would Spring Time at The Rural Life Living Museum like to learn about the items on display or have a go at a rural craft. April will be a busy month, with an Easter Trail, two Activity Thursdays, the culinary celebration of ‘From Dirt to Dishes’ that will include plenty of activities to keep children occupied. The museum will also be open seven days a week during the school holidays, so why not drop in and sample some of the delicious dishes from the special holiday menu at the Market Garden Café during your day out.
