The SPECSAVERS Surrey Youth Games SATURDAY 17TH JUNE The Specsavers Surrey Youth Games Saturday 17th June The Specsavers Surrey Youth Games allows 7-16 year olds to have fun with friends and learn new skills – all for FREE. They offer activity sessions at locations across Waverley Borough in eight sports and activities, targeted at different age groups. FREE, local activity sessions start after Easter and run for 6-8 weeks, followed by a familyfriendly celebration day on Saturday 17th June at which participants get the chance to show off their new skills against the other Surrey boroughs. The Specsavers Surrey Youth Games are open to all, but are actively promoted to encourage those who might not normally get the chance to join a sports club, or are otherwise inactive. No specialist kit is required for this opportunity, which is aimed squarely at beginners and those who are normally inactive or avoid sport. The focus of the training and the final Games Day is on joining in, having a go, and having fun!
