This is a unique opportunity to try out a wide range of sports and fitness sessions at no cost - with a jam-packed timetable set to feature activities for all ages and ability levels. The Sports Park is also offering open access to areas such as the gym, swimming pool and climbing wall throughout the day, so there is plenty of time to explore the range of facilities. Looking for family fun? There will be a selection of fun activities for juniors in sports such as Tennis, Badminton, Netball, Basketball and Swimming! This could be the perfect chance for your child to try out a new sport in a relaxed setting and, if they enjoy themselves, there will be staff available on the day to provide more information about the Sports Park’s camps and courses which are held throughout the year. The junior programme includes family sessions as well as child-only activities, which means there are opportunities for parents to play a sport with their child or try a different session on the day. For adults, this could include a class from the Sports Park’s expansive Group Fitness timetable, whether you’re looking for a wellbeing class such as Yoga or high-energy exercise like Body Attack. There will also be activities such as racket sport drop-in sessions, Walking Basketball or even a workout at the Sports Park’s brand-new outdoor training area The Rig.
