WHAT’S ON AND WHERE TO GO! 18th March – 17th April Easter at Winchester Science Outside things are beginning to bloom and inside the experiments are set to go boom at Boom & Bloom at Winchester Science Centre. Join in with an eggs-travaganza Easter hunt, help plant the Boom & Bloom garden and get hands-on with bubble-fun live science. It wouldn’t be Easter without an egg hunt. But this one isn’t like all the others! Families are invited to join in with an oviparity egg hunt during Boom & Bloom. An oviparity egg hunt means visitors will be looking for eggs laid by animals that hatch rather than brightly coloured Easter eggs. 18th March Dick & Dom in da Bungalow Live! New Victoria Theatre, Woking This is Dick & Dom like you’ve never seen them before - with familiar favourites including Two-Word Tango, Musical Splatues, The Grunty Song, Fairly Hairy Fizzogs, Pants Dance, What a Sweaty Flap and of course BOGIES! Expect the unexpected as the legendary Creamy Muck Muck game returns and with appearances from Diddy Dick and Dom, and D.I Harry Batt, no member of the audience is safe! 25th March - 11th April Run wild through time Easter Trail - Polsden Lacey Journey back in time to when elephants, wolves, lynx and dinosaurs would have roamed free, with a few surprises along the way. Dressing up as one of these animals is encouraged. The trail takes place between 25 March - 19 April, from 10am to 3:30pm, so come along and explore the beautiful Pleasure Gardens at Polesden Lacey with stunning views over the Surrey Hills. The price of the trail is £3 per child and includes a trail map, a pencil, bunny ears and a chocolate egg at the end. Booking not required. 1st - 16th April Easter Eggstravaganza at Bocketts Farm Park Enjoy a great family day out this Spring, as the lambing season gets into full swing! With hundreds of gorgeous newborn lambs due and ‘Meet the Shepherd’ sessions daily, there will be plenty of opportunity to learn about the lambs and even watch one being born! Children will have the opportunity to meet real-life lambs and some other furry friends, as well as get handson with all sorts of woolly activities such as handling, carding, spinning, weaving and friendship bracelet making. There will also be an opportunity to get messy with some Easter crafts and take part in our ‘egg-cellent’ scavenger hunt. 1st April - 17th April The Giant Easter Egg Hunt - RHS Wisley Bring the whole family to find the enormous painted eggs hidden around RHS Garden Wisley this Easter holidays. Each Easter egg will feature the winning designs from our 2022 competition. There will also be daily activities where you can join in with fun planting and craft workshops in the Clore Learning Centre. 1st – 16th April Easter at Elm Nursery – Sutton Green, Guildford Visit Elm Nursery, this Easter. From Saturday 1st – Sunday 16th April, there will be a bunny hunt on the farm. Entry includes farm admission and costs £5 per person and under 2’s free and includes a treat prize! Ride on the Old Kiln Light Railway on Wednesdays in school holidays, for free, unlimited train rides are included in your Museum entrance ticket. Easter Sunday & Easter Monday – Have a go at our Easter Egg trail, suitable for all ages! Buy your trail in the shop (£1.00) and explore the Museum whilst hunting for eggs.
