Join us on the weekends of 10th & 11th and 17th & 18th December to experience Christmas at the Museum. There will be Christmas crafts from 11am-4pm each day to make and take. You can also visit Santa in his Grotto! Tickets for Santa’s Grotto will be released on Tuesday 1st November and will only be available in advance 14th - 19th December The Nativity Journey at Wintershall - Bramley Walk with Mary, Joseph and the donkey on the winding, steep road to Bethlehem. Register for the census and journey with other travellers, Roman soldiers and shepherds as you enter the stable to watch the miracle unfold. The Nativity is an unforgettable experience, bringing the true meaning of Christmas to life for the whole family. Parental guidance advised for under 5s. 17th December A Very Special Evening of Traditional Carolling - West Green House Baritone Timothy Dickinson comes to West Green to host with our favourite choir, the excellent Hart Voices, in a performance that evokes the spirit of Christmas in song and readings. A night of music designed to delight all the family. westgreenhouse.co.uk 16th & 17th December Howden Christmas Racing Weekend - Ascot Gather family, friends and colleagues to enjoy the most valuable meeting of Ascot’s Jumps season, as the Christmas holidays begin in earnest. There’s an abundance of seasonal fun for all with a range of festive entertainment set to delight racegoers of all ages. The traditional fairground rides and candle-lit carol singing with the Ascot Brass Band remain firmly part of the entertainment, and Father Christmas and his reindeer will be in attendance. 17th – 24th December The Night Before Christmas by Big Wooden Horse – Farnham Maltings On Christmas Eve, a little mouse called Eddie can’t understand why only humans are allowed presents, so he sets off in search of Father Christmas to find out. Along the way he dodges the family cat, gets directions from a toy robot and is given some unexpected advice from a magical fairy. Will Eddie get an answer? Will Emily get her wish? And what is that funny-shaped present sitting under the tree? This wonderful production is full of fun and excitement, with catchy songs and lots of audience participation. 17th - 24th December Father Christmas Needs a Wee - G Live, Guildford At every house Father Christmas eats and drinks the tasty treats that have been left for him. But when he reaches number ten, he realises that he’s forgotten to do something rather important and he really, really, really needs a WEE!
