Leicester’s Big 10K 2026 Abbey Park, 12 April This beautiful, flat 10K route offers a scenic setting in Leicester. The race features two start waves, one for runners aiming for 50 minutes or under, followed by a mass start for all other participants. The Mattioli Woods Rothley 10K, Cross Green, Rothley, 2 June, 7.15pm Choose to fundraise for LOROS whilst taking on the challenging course and they will also provide you with a LOROS running vest! Get the kids involved in Joe’s Jog, a one mile-long fun run supporting Joe Humphries Memorial Trust, before the main race takes place. Leicester Jazz House presents Andrew McCormack Attenborough Arts Centre, 30 April British pianist and composer Andrew McCormack brings his acclaimed sound to the stage for an intimate solo piano performance. Known for his work with the Kyle Eastwood Band, he blends original compositions with fresh takes on well-known and unexpected pieces for an evening of captivating live music. Hinckley BID’s Garden Show & Wellbeing Event Hinckley Town Centre, 16-17 May, 10am-4pm This Garden Show promises to be a vibrant celebration of horticulture, wellness and community spirit.
