Head through the beautifully lit gardens and up to the fort highlighting some of Vindolanda’s Vindolanda history and learning about life on the frontier. Cosy up for a live show full of magical light, experience the Winter skies in our stunning planetarium, make a Christmas card that glows in the dark and be a festive detective in the Experiment Zone. Visit Santa Claus in his grotto for an early Christmas Gift. Then into the Barn for gingerbread biscuit decorating and a delicious afternoon tea. £15/ child and £20/adult. Saturday 19th November – Sunday 8th January: Christmas through the eras, Wallington Hall. Inside the house, each room is dressed for Christmas throughout recent eras, including the 17th, 18th and 19th centuries, right up to the nostalgia of the more modern decades of the 20th century.
