A relaxed and creative musical movement session suitable for toddlers aged between 6 months – 3 years. A learning officer will lead the group in easy to sing songs, nursery rhymes, games, and dancing to get your little one enjoying movement and music. Toddlers will get hands-experience with percussion instruments, including shakers and bells. This activity is free and drop-in, no booking required. Each workshop is run with a seasonal twist. Past workshops have included spring gardens, Easter Eggs, tropical paradises and woodland scenes. Suitable for children of all ages (3-16). On 28 July and 11, 18 and 25 August, KS1 at 10:30 and KS2 at 2:30. The ruins of Weoley Castle are over 750 years old, making it one of the oldest buildings still visible in Birmingham. Regionally important archaeological finds have been discovered in the grounds making it the perfect site to explore this fascinating subject. Pre-booking is required. For nine ROARSOME days, T-Rex, Triceratops and friends will escape their enclosure and take over the fun farm! Join an exploration of culture through creative arts and learn new skills this summer. From collaborative cityscapes and ceramic objects to playful patterns and protest art.
