Alongside this families also have the chance to join in with a range of activities. Use craft materials to bring your own car design to life, a tour with Car Designer characters Dottie or Dougie focusing on car design and follow a trail around the Museum getting up close to different design features on the cars, like grilles, wheels, colours etc. www.britishmotormuseum.co.uk 20 July – 1 September Stratford Butterfly Farm – Summer activities Throughout the summer holidays Meet the MiniBeast handling sessions and Butterfly Life-Cycle demonstrations will take place daily at 11am in the Discovery Zone. The Butterfly Farm team of experts will demonstrate from egg through to adult the amazing stages of the butterfly life cycle as well as opportunities to handle a variety of stick insects. Pupae Preparation demonstration will take place at 11am each Wednesday. The whole family can find out how the pupae is transported from butterfly farmers in the tropics to its arrival at the butterfly farm and preparation for the Emerging Case.
