Summer Open Days, at Cassiobury Farm 27th July / 10th August / 25th August Cassiobury Farm will be hosting their Open Days for you to explore the setting with a rare breeds farm and private selection of exotic animals. There will be lots of fun for the kids with a bouncy castle, face painting, fishing, crazy golf, mini-tractor rides, pedalos and animal encounters. Come and enjoy lunch on the meadow or from the BBQ station or snack shop. Deckchairs will be available, but you are also welcome to bring your own chairs, pack a picnic and head to the town centre then just sit back and relax whilst watching some old favourites alongside new blockbusters. The Big Screen is FREE and no booking is required, just turn up and enjoy the outdoor cinema experience! Teddy Bear’s Picnic, at Rothamstead Park 6th August Harpenden’s Teddy Bears’ Picnic, organised to coincide with National Play Day, is an exciting event for children and their bears.
