8 raring2go .co.uk Raring2go! Andy’s Angels is a new charity opening a Grief Play Cafe in Worthing on the 26th September. Mother and daughter Kayla and Millie Shepherd are using their experience of losing a loved one to provide a safe space for children and their families to come to while navigating their grief journey. Kayla lost her husband and Millie’s daddy suddenly in 2017 and they both found the support, especially for children was sparse. Curse bereavement were brilliant and supported both Kayla and Millie for a time but these free support resources were limited and as we know grief doesn’t have a timeline.
