Raring2go! 15 Jen Lindsey-Clark, The Chocolatician, recently topped the chocolate charts by creating a 23kg milk chocolate bust for the Coronation celebrations. Commissioned by Mars Wrigley Celebrations chocolates, Jen and her team at Chocolatician, based on the Sompting Estate, Lambleys Lane, Worthing took four weeks to create this mouth watering sculpture which was another success for the chocolate prop makers and featured all over international press. Jen then took his Royal Highness on tour to Sky news, channel 5 news and This Morning with Phil and Holly (one of the last interviews that they did together). Based inWest Sussex for eight years, Jen the Chocolatician has been sharing her passion for chocolate by running chocolate birthday parties for children aged 7 yrs up and adult chocolate art experiences for corporate days, birthdays, Hen parties and master classes for those that want to develop their chocolate artistry skills a bit further. Chocolatician H.Q is a beautiful converted barn in the heart of the South Downs and can accommodate up to 10 people in each class, a beautiful place to visit just off the A27 in Worthing.
