Most importantly, can you imagine your child feeling comfortable there? Watch how staff interact Notice how teachers speak to pupils in classrooms and corridors. Warm, natural interactions can reveal a lot about the culture of a school. Ask about everyday life Find out about homework, clubs, wraparound care, communication with parents and how children are supported when they need extra help. Finally, trust your instincts.
